You're Alive.
That is a magical and
mysterious thing.

Wonder Lab at its core:

You are the expert and the student of your own life.

Innate wisdom resides inside each and every one of us. (Yes, that means inside you too!) One way to tap into this wisdom is to get curious about our lives. Twenty years ago, as a community organizer in Chicago, I had the privilege of participating in a ‘train the trainer’ series that taught me how to do this in an in-depth way. (Shout out to Catlin Fullwood for guiding us!) I learned tools and techniques that I have continued to draw from, build upon, and put into practice over all these years. I look forward to sharing them with you and the broader community.

Honoring the shifts:

Life changes and transitions deserve our attention and care.

Going through life changes and transitions is an inherent part of being alive. How we approach them makes a difference. I have chosen to see my cancer diagnosis as an invitation for deeper knowing, which has taken me on a creative and healing journey. For you, the life change may also be a health challenge. Or it could be a new role you are taking on, a move to a new city, your youngest child moving out of the nest. There are so many different possible changes. Momentarily, you may feel fear and doubt about how to move through the uncertainty. At the same time, these transitions have the power to act as catalysts that can activate our intuition and innate wisdom if we are open to it. I look forward to opportunities to accompany you on a journey where you can tap into that potential.

Building reverent power:

Witnessing each others' intuition matters.

As I continue to tune into my intuition on this cancer journey, I am intentionally creating ways for my beloved community to witness it. It has made me feel seen, loved, and very much alive. What a blessing. I'm realizing how much power having our true selves be seen and cherished can hold. It would be an honor for me to accompany you and witness you, as you continue on your life’s journey with your own unique life transitions and inquiries. We can also explore creative ways for you to be witnessed in your own beloved community. What a blessing.  May you feel seen, loved, and very much alive.

After I finish my cancer treatment, I will be sharing more details about my specific Wonder Lab offerings.
