Everyday Living

I have methodically organized all aspects of my home, as well as the homes of many others. I truly enjoy helping people who are overwhelmed by their space get unstuck. When you are intentional about your things and there are clear systems for restoring the balance of daily life, it is amazing how the energy shifts.

Ritual

Space sometimes becomes a sacred vessel for ritual. Years ago, I co-led rituals in a wellness series called Roots and Wings. We guided participants as they holistically ushered in the New Year; bringing forth reflections from the previous year, grounding in the present moment, and envisioning their hopes for the year ahead.

Art

After my diagnosis, I curated a personal art exhibit entitled 'Portal to Healing', chronicling my cancer journey and my deepest longings for my future. It is in a studio space where I live. I was able to express complicated ideas, experiences, and feelings that I believe only could be captured through art. I'm envisioning more exhibits in the future.

Celebration

I made my first charcuterie board this summer. I was in all my nerd glory. It was so fun and my guests approved. I love making spaces look festive and perfect for special occasions. My mom has always had a lot of anxiety when she hosts parties. Usually you can find me assisting her with the set up of everything to help put her at ease.
